Sales prices and payment terms have been announced during the pre-launch pre-sale process for the new project Çınarköy Houses developed by Emlak Konut GYO in Istanbul Çekmeköy.
In the project, where each flat with a garden, terrace or balcony is designed in the concept of neighborhood in a horizontal architectural line, the sales prices for 1+1 flats of 72 square meters start from 2.460.000 TL.
In the project, where a 15 percent discount is made for cash payments, 2 options are offered to home buyers, one of which is the use of a loan from Emlak Konut and the other from Vakıfbank.
Within Emlak Konut, 30 percent is taken in advance, while the remaining balance is due for 60 months.
When using a loan from Vakıfbank, 20% is taken in advance, and the remaining balance is paid in installments up to 120 months with a monthly interest rate of monthly 1.20%.
